We continue to monitor legal requirements issued by federal, state, and local governments, as well as guidance issued by public health authorities, which may impact our ability to return to in-person instruction this Fall. Note that these factors could result in the need to change our approach to housing for the Fall and could require the University to re-do the room selection process.
SPRING 2021 MOVE-OUT
ROOM DRAW APPLICATIONS
Important UPDATE: As of May 5, 2021, Room Draw Applications briefly reopened to ensure participation in this spring’s lottery by all rising sophomores and other students wishing to live in University housing. The Room Draw application portal has been re-opened for a limited time so that students can submit or adjust their Room Draw applications. The Room Draw applications can now be accessed on the My Housing portal through 11:59 p.m. on Sunday, May 9.
- If you successfully submitted a Room Draw application and do not wish to make any changes, no further action is required at this time.
- If you wish to make changes to your previously-submitted Room Draw application or group, you must cancel your current application and complete a new application.
- If you missed the previous Room Draw application deadline and wish to participate in Room Draw, you must now complete an application through the My Housing portal. Any previous email or SN@P request to be manually added to the draw will not be processed.
Note that independent status for Room Draw purposes may be affected by the overall approach to housing in the Fall 2021 Semester, which will depend on legal requirements issued by federal, state, and local governments, as well as guidance issued by public health authorities.
