Olden House is fully occupied through June 2025.

Olden House offers furnished studio and 1 bedroom apartments for visiting faculty. The minimum stay is 30 days, maximum is 11 months, with a limit of 2 occupants per apartment. Pets are not permitted.

You may apply no more than 6 months before your planned arrival. Once your application is received, we will determine availability 3 months prior to your arrival date.

Monthly rates as of July 1, 2024 will be $2,010 for a studio and $3,000 for a 1 bedroom apartment. Rent includes utilities, Internet/TV.

Olden House is ideally located on the east side of campus, adjacent to the Engineering Quadrangle and Friend Center for Engineering Education. Walk to campus, shops, restaurants and transportation.

Apartments range in size from 394 to 616 square feet. No smoking or pets permitted.

Placement for Olden House follows the University's Eligibility Priority Policy.
