Thank you for your interest in Olden House.

We offer short-term housing accommodations for visiting faculty. The minimum stay is 30 days, maximum is 11 months. You may apply no more than six months before your planned arrival.

Olden House is Princeton University’s short-term furnished rental property, ideally located in a residential neighborhood on campus at Olden and William Streets. It neighbors the University's Engineering Quadrangle and Friend Center for Engineering Education and is within a short walk of Nassau Street. The building is both smoke-free and pet-free.

The three-story building features 18 furnished apartments, with a mix of studios and one-bedroom units intended for visiting faculty. From July 1, 2020-June 30, 2021, the rental rate for a studio is $1761 per month and $2627 per month for a 1 bedroom apartment.

Placement for Olden House follows the University's Eligibility Priority Policy.  Occupancy is limited to a maximum of 2 occupants from one to eleven months.
