The move out date for non-seniors, spring athletes not in competition, and students not staying on campus for reunions/commencement or summer housing, is Friday, May 19^th at 12 noon.

Students should plan to vacate campus 24 hours after their last exam but no later than the May 19^th deadline.

New this year, students will be asked to sign up for a check out time which can be found on the My Housing portal. Students can select a date between May 10^th and May 19^th. The student's room will be inspected the day following their selected check out time. You must sign up for a check out time by Friday, May 5^th. You can find important information regarding check out on the Housing website.  

The interim period is defined as after 12 noon on May 19^th until summer housing begins on June 4^th.

For seniors and students working reunions/commencement but not staying for the summer, your vacate deadline is Wednesday, May 31^st at 12 noon. You do not need to fill out the check-out form. Rooms will be inspected on Thursday, June 1^st.

For spring athletes still in competition, your vacate deadline is 24 hours after your last competition. This date is communicated to us via Athletics. You do not need to fill out the check-out form.

For students remaining in housing for the interim period until summer housing begins on June 4^th you do not need to fill out the check-out form.

For all non-seniors remaining on campus for the interim period you will need to move into interim housing on Saturday, May 20^th. You will have access to your academic year room and your interim room until 8 am on Sunday, May 21^st. You must be on campus to complete this move if you plan to need interim housing beyond May 19^th. Interim assignments will be sent out on May 10^th. Students are consolidated into dorms on the west side of campus for this period. All vacated rooms are cleaned and used to house alumnae and families for reunions and commencement activities. You may not request to remain in your current room. Students who have housing accommodations will be assigned to rooms that meet their documented need.
