Housing Accommodations

Description

The Housing Accommodations process for all undergraduate students is managed by the Office of Disability Services (ODS).

This process is intended to provide housing accommodations consideration for students with medical and psychological disabilities. This process is not intended to address requests pertaining to religious observances, or the residential dining and residency requirement for first-year and sophomore students

In order to be considered for a housing accommodation, students MUST submit all requests with supporting documentation from their current treatment providers to the Office of Disability Services. Students are not obligated to accept the pre-draw Housing Accommodations assignment that is offered. If an accommodation assignment is rejected, however, a subsequent offer will not be made. Students who do not accept the contract should plan to participate in the on-campus Room Draw process.
