Accordion Class of 2028 When to ArriveAll Class of 2028 students should plan to arrive to campus on Friday, August 23, 2024 between 8am and 1pm. Emails with check-in sign up information were sent to Class of 2028 students in July and August.Where to GoCheck-in for the Class of 2028 is at the Lewis Center for the Arts Forum. If you are driving to campus on August 23, follow directions to the Theater Drive Garage, and additional signage will help guide you as you enter campus. After you park, exit the garage from the north and look for the balloon arch. Princeton Station, a spur route of the Northeast Corridor, is across the street from the Forum.What You Will ReceiveAt the Lewis Center for the Arts, you will receive your TigerCard University ID, an information packet, a move-in map and a parking pass, which allows you to drive up campus and park near your Residential College for one hour.From the Lewis Center for the Arts, follow your move-in map and campus signs to find your Residential College. Staff will be available to assist you.At Your Residential CollegeUse your move-in map to find your dormitory; to locate your room take a look at the floor plans for your Residential College. Volunteers will greet you outside your dormitory.Floor Plans for Your Residential CollegeBed Adjustment AssistanceOn August 23 for First Year Move In, Housing and Real Estate Services will have professional moving assistance on campus to help students with adjusting the height on dormitory beds, as well as bunking and unbunking beds. For assistance with bed adjustments, visit your nearby Housing Assistance Tent near your Residential College on Move In Day to receive same-day help. The location of your Housing Assistance Tent can also be found on the second page of your Move In packet. Please do not file a work order for bunking or unbunking a bed prior to your arrival on campus. If you unbunk your beds, the unused ladder, rail, and set of bunking pegs must remain in the room for the year.Permissible Vehicles and ParkingPersonal Vehicles Personal vehicles will be allowed access near dormitory entrances on August 23 only. Moving Trucks You may bring a moving truck up to 16 feet onto campus. This length represents the cargo box attached to moving trucks made available by most rental truck agencies. This length also allows ample cargo capacity for studio apartments and 1-2 bedroom units.
